About Me
Dr. Nembhard-McLean holds a B.S. in psychology, an M.A. in clinical mental health, and a Doctorate of Education in leadership and learning in organizational psychology.
I have been an advocate for employees in the workplace for over 20 years. I am a liaison between leadership and employees, and offer coaching to each. I have years of experience training employees and am dedicated to making the workplace better for the benefit of both employees and their organizations.
